Becoming an apartment locator

There are many different ways you can use your Texas real estate license. One of the ways we use ours is as a referral agent. Whether you are apartment locating by helping clients find a new apartment anywhere in Texas or if you are referring clients to a realtor in a specific area. Using your license doesn’t have to require you to be involved in the transaction. We offer low commission structures and allow agents to build their personal brand.
